Unicredit’s Online Unit Raises at Least $916.5 Million in I.P.O. by CHAD BRAY

FinecoBank priced its offering of 181.9 million shares at 3.70 euros a share, on the low end of its expected range. The pricing values the company at €2.24 billion, or about $3.05 billion.
